Symbiosis was commissioned by Norwegian cellist Tanja Orning who features in this recording. The work was originally released on Orning's solo CD 'Cellotronics' (ALBCD 024, 2005), which is now out of production.
The score and live electronics have recently been updated and 20 years after the work was created it has a new lease of life! Contact for more info.

One of her strongest works ever. This album has deep ambient drone instrumentals, but also some almost krautrock-y moments which I seriously love. 5/5. Zen Sounds

what should have been originally released. the lo-fi nature works wonderfully in the record's favor... feels very natural. bailey plays off of the backing quite nicely! james
